Assistant Team Manager- Safeguarding Team
Reporting to Team Manager in Adult Safeguarding Team, the Safeguarding Assistant Team Manager will be highly skilled in their field of social work.
As part of your role, you will support the team manager to lead, motivate and manage a team towards excellence through the provision of high quality social work services that they ensure are effective and high performing. The assistant team manager will deputise for the for the team manager in their absence and represent the team at various meetings and groups.
