We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant to join our team.

Overall Purpose of the Post

• Work is on a rota basis to include some weekends, Bank Holidays.
• Work involves some manual handling tasks, moving stock, un-packing items.
• Responsible to the Manager or Officer on duty for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room.
• Assisting the cook in the preparation of meals, for example; washing, preparing vegetables, making sandwiches, hot drinks and light snacks.
• Laying tables for mealtimes and general assistance during mealtimes.
• Clearing tables after meals, washing crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils.
• Various other duties
