Wakefield Council is looking for talented and enthusiastic digital communications officer to join our communications team for a fixed term of 10 months.
About you
If you have experience of developing positive customer journeys , have a keen eye for content writing, are able to drive digital and content expertise to drive excellence and enable a digital first approach to customers' digital experience then we are looking for you.
You will be taking a lead in developing Wakefield Council's MyAccount helping to drive a digital first approach to customers' digital experience. Taking an innovative approach to informing and engaging our residents and making sure they are part of the journey the Council is on.
