An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team (Older People Service) full time (37hrs).
We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with up-to-date professional expertise and experience in case management and support planning as the post holder will take responsibility for assessments and identifying where vulnerable adults may be at risk, supporting their mental wellbeing in order to live within their local community.
The post holder will need to be either an experienced Level 2 social worker with Approved Mental Health Practitioner status or experienced level 2 Social Worker with post qualifying skills i.e. Best Interest Assessor/ Practice Educator. If the successful candidate does not have AMHP status, they will have the opportunity to apply for the AMHP training.
