Anglers Country Park is a vibrant facility attracting over 250,000 visitors per year and we have an exciting opportunity for a Visitor Experience Supervisor to join our Team. The post holder will directly manage our Front of House Visitor Experience Team within Anglers Country Park Visitor Centre, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and venue presentation is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities include;
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in delivering effective visitor experience management within an arts, heritage or visitor attraction, and will have experience of daily operational team management and supervising or line managing teams. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week on a rota basis which includes weekends.
